When tasked with creating a brand focused around the city of Avalon, I wanted to ensure that the unique attributes came across clearly. Being a city that is only accessible by water, it was important that the Bay Area lifestyle came across immediately. As it continues, the icon set features particular findings that are unique to the city. Being an island of smaller scale, the wayfinding system was kept simple as to not confuse the tourists, and a consistent color/ typography system was put in place to solidify the brand.
